KM.ON Revolutionizes Textile Design with Create Design Software Launch
KM.ON, the digital knitwear technology arm of Germany’s Karl Mayer Group, is unveiling its groundbreaking Create Design software, poised to transform the landscape of knitwear design and development.
The software, tailored for Karl Mayer’s Stoll and KM.ON brands, offers a comprehensive digitization solution for the entire flat-knitted fabric design process, covering cut creation, grading, digital knitwear design, yarn creation, technical checks, jacquard type conversions, and data exports.

Create Design facilitates seamless integration with external 3D garment programs for virtual patterning, allowing the export of cut shapes and digital textures.
The software’s capabilities will be showcased by KM.ON’s team member, Jessy-Belle Kürig, at Munich Fabric Start from January 23 to 25, 2024. Simultaneously, at Pitti Filati in Florence, KM.ON will collaborate with industry leaders Stoll By Karl Mayer and Prisma Tech to present their innovative textile solutions.
Ülfet Doganay, the cluster lead for design and patterning at KM.ON, expressed enthusiasm, stating, “Create Design is not just software; it’s a new era in textile design, and I can’t wait to share our vision with the industry.”
